Learn real Muay Thai techniques and put them into practice. The lesson will be tailored to your ability, age and goals within the class. Here is the lesson format: Everyone: Guided warm up & stretching exercises. Beginners: Learning fundamental movements and techniques of Thai Boxing. Intermediate: Fine tuning specific details within the most common techniques of Thai Boxing. Advanced: Learning special attack techniques and combinations to defeat opponents. Everyone: Practicing punching and kicking pads held / worn by the coach and punch bags.
