If you’ve always been fascinated by Balinese food then why not trade a day of city life for a few hours in the village learning how to cook healthy local food! Begin your day at the vibrant traditional market, where we'll explore local shopping and indulge in fresh fruits and delicacies(Morning Class only). This sets the stage for our immersive culinary adventure. Next, we'll journey to our organic farm, offering a glimpse into traditional farming methods. Amidst lush vegetation, you'll hand-pick ingredients for our authentic Balinese dishes, gaining insights into time-honored techniques that shape our culinary heritage. In our kitchen, don your apron and embark on a hands-on cooking journey. Guided by our expertise, craft six traditional Balinese dishes, each rich with cultural significance. Learn the nuances of each recipe as flavors unfold. Savor our creations together as we gather to enjoy the feast we've prepared. The rich, mingling aromas and flavors narrate tales of Balinese heritage and a shared passion for food. Extend the experience by taking home leftovers, a printed and online recipe book. Cooking Class Ubud - Pemulan Bali Balinese Farm Cooking School
My wife and I had an amazing experience at Pemulan Bali Farm Cooking School. The day started with a convenient pick-up to the school, which is situated on an extensive farm where we got to pick fresh vegetables for our cooking session. Our group of five was expertly guided by two Balinese instructors who spoke excellent English, making the experience enjoyable and informative. We also had an assistant on hand, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The kitchen was spotless and well-organized, and we learned about the various spices and the preparation of six traditional dishes. The best part was indulging in the delicious meals we cooked ourselves! The interaction with fellow participants made it a truly memorable and priceless experience. Highly recommend this class for anyone visiting Bali👍👍😊💕
