Excellent massage in clean venue with pick up / drop off service (we got drop off direct to ferry terminal). Service given as per advertised. Vendor is flexible enough to slightly change the appointment timing Recommended for traveler rather than paying exorbitant massage price at the hotel.
The best massage in Bintan.
The travel agency we booked the spa from were slow in responding. However, staffs at the spa were very helpful and friendly as we needed help to adjust our appointment. Massage were great. Overall very satisfied with the experience.

Services was good, but was served by 2 staffs at recep which makes communication mixed up n looks unprofessional. Will be good if a staff w take care the guest purchase and services
