Please note that for your child's safety, children under 8 years of age or 4' 9" in height are not allowed on the tour without a child safety seat or booster seat.
Usage
IMPORTANT : Please make sure you arrive at the Alcatraz Cruises Pre-paid Group Tickets window at Pier 33 no later than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time to pick up your tickets. The confirmed time will be provided after booking or by your city tour guide.
Please note that EACH member of your group must present a valid ID in order to collect the tickets and board the boat to Alcatraz Island. Please present your voucher to the guide at the meeting point.
