A very special cheese tasting awaits combined with locally sourced charcuterie, salads, breads and chutney paired with guest English wine and cider. You'll be expertly guided through each cheese by the cheesemaker, before heading on a post-lunch tour of the dairy. During lunch, your expert guide will talk you through the cheeses while telling stories of the dairy and of the history of Cheesemaking in Sussex.
