Hotel pick-up and drop-off Cebu City, Mandaue City, Lapu-Lapu, Mactan Area between 02:00 am–3:00 am at hotel lobby (Actual pick-up time will be confirm a day before departure, kindly double check your inbox.)

When it comes to the whale shark, just be prepared that you are not in the open water. You are in a closed off area where they are feeding the sharks so that you can get close to them. There will be a TON of people there so be patient. As far as the canyoneering, PLEASE MAKE SURE you have enough tip money for your driver and as many as four guides to lead you through the hike. Also have well gripping shoes with rugged soles. You will appreciate it. The whole canyoneering experience was awesome. The guides don’t get enough money. They help you as well as take excellent photos with your phone/go pro. Just great

Good To Know
This tour is not a private tour, you will share the trip with other guests come from different countries.
Airport pick up service and outside of service area pick-up is not available as it is a shared tour.
Waterproof cameras are available for rent on-site for PHP600. Please bring your own USB to access and retrieve the photos.
You may ask the boat staff to assist you in taking photos. Travellers are encouraged to tip tour guides and drivers.
Children must be at least 7 years old to participate in the tour.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 3 days before date of selection.
Redemption Notes
Show mobile or printed voucher to the staff before commencing the activity.
