2) Receive KakaoTalk mobile tickets from "Coreworks"

3) Present your mobile ticket on site and use it

* Can be used within 72 hours of first use.

* Partial refunds are not possible if even one free ticket/discount coupon is used.

[Cancellation/Refund Policy]

- If you wish to cancel or refund the product, please contact the shopping mall where you made the purchase. The cancellation or refund will be processed after confirming whether the product has been used.

- Confirmation of unused items and cancellation takes approximately 2-3 days from the date of receipt.
