Campsite Rules

• Please show your confirmation email upon check-in.
• The check-in time is 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM
• The check-out time is 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM

*If you are unable to handle the admission and exit matters within the limited time, please inform our colleagues as soon as possible or make individual arrangements. If the time is exceeded (12:00PM), the venue has the right to charge a surcharge (per battalion), HK$200/15 minutes (less than 15 minutes are counted as 15 minutes).

• If you arrive at the venue before 3:30 pm, you can wait at the MY Seaside Park canteen first, or buy drinks here or rent amusement facilities at the venue.

Change of Booking

• Once the reservation is confirmed, the number of selected additional services and orders cannot be reduced
• The date can be changed for free at least 7 days before the selected check-in date
• If you want to change the effective date of the check-in, the customer should use it within 90 days of the original date and make an appointment. Those who do not make an appointment within the time limit should give up
• If the price changes due to time periods after the effective date of the check-in date is delayed, such as busy hours to general hours, The difference will not be refunded

Change of Booking Date
