Security line cannot be skipped and can take time to pass in high season

Children who are 7 or younger enter for free, but the staff at the turnstiles may ask for some form of ID for them
Usage
Check-in at the T&T desk at the Topkapi Cafe located next to the entrance of the venue, the T&T staff is there to help you between 09:30 and 17:00
Apart from the initial email after booking, you will receive the digital entry code on the day of your visit before the start time. This allows you to cancel your booking up until the day of your visit
If you wish, official museum guides give information before the visit about the history of Hagia Sophia. Or, there are digital QR codes at important spots to listen inside via your phones

Dress code: Women are required to cover their hair, shoulders, knees and chest (scarf available for purchase onsite). Men are required to cover their knees and shoulders. Tattoos and Symbols need to be covered.
Security line: It cannot be skipped and can take time to pass in high season. Arrive early in the morning for a reduced waiting time
Strollers: They need to be folded and carried by hand due to the historical floor

Great experience. Ticket collection was pretty straightforward.
Well informed and organized. Simple redemption. No queues and fast access. Would recommend.
Smooth process, just that you need to exchange the Pelago tickets at a ticket booth nearby the entrance and it’s not stated in the tickets. We found out after queuing for entry and we were denied. Other than that all went well.
The whole ground floor is shut off unlike our last visit .So limited to 2nd floor .Also advert said we could have official guide but staff at cafe desk said not entitled after checking our ticket.Simply got audio guide.Complete waste of money .
Not bad. Hagia Sophia experience was great. Getting the ticket was not straightforward. The enail suggested we could get an outside history run down but the person issuing the ticket said no.
