- Please be sure to check the ticket's validity period before visiting.

- This product can be used regardless of whether it is a weekday or weekend, and there is no priority admission benefit. (Admission is based on the order of arrival)

- If the number of people allowed to enter this product exceeds the capacity, you may have to wait or your entry may be restricted, and re-entry after exiting is not possible.

- Separate fees may apply for some facilities, such as parking and gaming facilities.

- Parking fee support is not available for this product.

- Outside food is not allowed, and only drinks with lids are allowed. (Drinks without lids must be stored in the beverage storage area before entering.)

※ Instructions for use by content

- The 2nd floor net play area is only available to children aged 7 to 13.

- The 3F jumping cloud is only available to children (ages 3-13) for a safe experience.

- For hygiene and safety reasons, socks must be worn in the 3rd floor ice park and jumping cloud. (Barefoot and stockings not allowed)

- For hygiene and safety reasons, you must wear sneakers on the 3F space trampoline. (Shoes and slippers are not allowed.)

- For safety reasons, use of some facilities may be restricted for pregnant women, the elderly, wheelchair users, infants under 36 months, etc.

[Cancellation/Refund Policy]

- 100% refund for unused tickets

- Tickets for admission are non-refundable.

- Partial refunds for PKG options are not possible.

[Magic Adventure Notes]

- Admission Ticket: 1 ticket per person (Wonder Park admission ticket + Magic Bubble Show)

- After making a reservation, you must exchange it for an admission ticket at the ticket booth on the 1st floor to enter.

- Children (36 months to elementary school students) must be accompanied by a parent to enter.

- After the performance begins, entry may be delayed as it may disturb other audience members.

- Cancellation, change, refund, or exchange due to personal reasons on the day of the performance is not possible.

- 1 ticket per person for 36 months or older

- Children under 36 months can enter for free only when they present proof of age (passport, health insurance card, etc.) and must sit with a guardian without a separate seat. (No entry allowed without proof of age)

- If you cause any disruption to other audience members' viewing of the performance, you may be asked to leave the venue.
