Reminders
The venue provides an environment for visitors to tune into nature. Please keep quiet in your own space, and refrain from noise and any social or entertainment activities
The campsite must be kept clean, and it is not allowed to cut down, pick flowers and trees, remove stones, etc. to damage the outside landscape of the site. Participants are responsible for taking away the garbage produced during their stay
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Departure time is before 12:00 PM
Day camp hours are from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM**
All participants should stop all activities that make disturbing noise after 10:00 PM
After 8:00 PM, all vehicles will stop entering and exiting the farm, and keep quiet so as not to disturb others
Once the appointment is confirmed and paid for, the association will not cancel the appointment due to the applicant's personal reasons. If the appointment is canceled, the paid fee will not be refunded
Once the appointment is confirmed and paid for, if it is necessary to reschedule, the handling fee will be 50% of the full bill, and the notice will be not less than two weeks in advance, and the rescheduling will be made under the principle of non-refundable
During the camping period, in case of a resurgence of the epidemic, accidents, typhoons (No. 3 or above) or bad weather (thunderstorms, etc.), we will deal with rescheduling as appropriate, and try to arrange as much as possible for guests to have a pleasant camping trip, but we have absolute rights to decide Everything is handled
In order to ensure the quality and condition of the grassland, after it rains or when the grassland is too wet, the staff of AUTOCAMPER HK has the right to arrange the guest's car to park in a specific location instead of going on the grassland
Smoking, gambling, drunken riots or any behavior that violates the laws of Hong Kong is strictly prohibited in the campsite
Participants are not allowed to grow directly on the grass within the campsite. If they use the fire platform, they need to add bricks to raise it and then add a fireproof blanket. If there is any damage, they will be fined
Do not use camp power without authorization and please cherish drinking water and public property
Participants are required to keep personal belongings by themselves, and the applicant organization/participants are responsible for any loss
If there is any violation of the rules of this campsite or other illegal or deviant behaviors, we have the right to terminate the camping period at any time, and the paid fees will not be refunded
