Reminders
The venue only provides an environment for visitors to experience nature. Please stay quiet in your own space and refuse any noise or any social or entertainment activities.
The camp must be kept clean, and the outside landscape must not be damaged by cutting down, picking flowers, trees, or removing stones. Participants are responsible for taking away any rubbish produced during their stay.
Check-in time is from 3:00pm to 6:00pm.
Departure time is before 12 noon
Day camp hours are from 1pm to 9pm**.
Participants should stop all activities that cause disturbing noise after 10 p.m.
All vehicles will stop entering and exiting the farm after 8 p.m. to maintain quiet so as not to disturb others.
Once the appointment is confirmed and paid, the Association will not cancel the appointment due to the applicant's personal reasons. If the appointment is canceled, the paid fee will not be refunded.
Once the reservation is confirmed and paid, the handling fee for rescheduling is 50% of the total order and must be notified no less than two weeks in advance, and rescheduling will be made on a non-refundable basis.
If there is a resurgence of the epidemic, accidents, typhoons (No. 3 or above) or bad weather (thunderstorms, etc.) during the camping period, we will reschedule at our discretion to ensure that guests have a pleasant camping trip as much as possible, but we have the absolute right to make the decision Everything is handled.
In order to protect the quality and condition of the grass, after raining or when the grass is too wet, AUTOCAMPER HK staff have the right to arrange for guests to park their cars at specific locations instead of going on the grass.
Smoking, gambling, drunkenness and causing trouble or any behavior that violates Hong Kong laws are strictly prohibited in the camp.
Participants are not allowed to fire directly on the grass within the campground. If the fire platform is used, bricks must be added to raise it and then fireproof mats must be added. If there is any damage, fines will be imposed.
You are not allowed to use the campground power supply without authorization and please take good care of drinking water and public property.
Participants are required to keep their personal belongings by themselves. If lost, the applicant group/participant will be solely responsible.
If there is a violation of the rules of the camp or other illegal or deviant behavior, we have the right to terminate the camp period at any time and the fees paid will not be refunded.
