On arrival at the destination airport, you must contact the Coming2 rep, who is the only person authorised to manage your transfer to the hotel. Our staff will always be in uniform and have identification (white shirt, green waistcoat/vest with the Coming2 logo, and navy trousers) and will be waiting in the authorised area. Please follow the detailed instructions.
On your arrival at the airport proceed to immigration and then to baggage claim.
After collecting your luggage, once you are in the arrivals area of the airport, our team will be waiting for you in the authorised Tour Operators area.
IMPORTANT: You must follow the detailed indications until you can contact our representatives, who will always be waiting in the designated area. Coming2 personnel, duly identified, are the only people authorised to provide the contracted transfer service. Please avoid contact with outside personnel in order to avoid interference and confusion with unauthorised transfers. Coming2 accepts no liability for services provided by outside personnel.
