As the shuttle bus is a reservation system, you must board it on time and cannot change the boarding time.
Language support may not be available in Korean, but the driver is Korean, so you don't have to worry too much.
The vehicle is allocated depending on the number of travelers every day. If the number of travelers is low on the day , a small-sized vehicle may be assigned.
Please note that depending on road conditions on the day, the vehicle may arrive 5 to 10 minutes late from the scheduled departure time.
