THE GREATER KRUGER PARK

5 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeWe depart Johannesburg and head for the Greater Kruger National Park where our Safari adventure begins. After travelling through the Highveld farmlands we descend the dramatic Drakensberg Escarpment and into the Lowveld, home to some of the most pristine Private Game Reserves in South Africa and the world renowned Kruger National Park. We arrive at Thornhill Safari Lodge in time for a delicious lunch. After some relaxation time, we venture out on a late afternoon/evening Big five game drive in open 4×4 Safari vehicles in one of the neighbouring Private Reserves. Sundowner drinks and snacks are enjoyed at one of the waterholes en route; enjoying the sights, sounds and smells of the African Bushveld before continuing our game drive into the night.
