Easy redemption! Upon confirmation, I received a confirmation email with Batam Fast Ferry tickets indicating my arrival and departure date and time. I just presented my passport at Tanah Merah Terminal and the counter staff redeemed my tickets for departure and arrival. Afterwards, I checked in my baggage at the baggage check-in counter.
Fast and efficient check-in. Good Job! What was even better was : Background: I booked the ferry ticket on 15 Dec and traveling on the next day 1230pm Due to first time traveling to Batam city, I booked the wrong destination ferry terminal. I couldn’t get any assistance from Pelago staff However, I managed to find the WhatsApp contact on BatamFast website. Texted my request for the change to Batam Center HarbourFront. Imush, the staff from BatamFast, offered to help and he reverted with the all the changes I requested (incl changing to Batam Center HF and ferry schedule ) It was a fantastic service by Imush. Much appreciated 🙏🏻
