- If the pickup option is selected, the London location becomes the meeting point.

- If you miss the London pickup departure at 8:00 AM, no refund will be provided.
- Access to certain sites may not be possible on the day; in rare cases, a full refund will be offered.
- During peak season (June–August), access to the Divinity School may be limited.
