Very easy transaction on Pelago (my first purchase). Fast approval and not only did I received email approval with QR Codes attachments, I also received via my WhatsApp. So convenient, helps us to scan via our mobile phone for redemption, do not require a print-out. We jus need to locate the machines which is outside of the arrival hall. I was going to Namba OCAT, so I looked out for the Berth 11, scan and redeemed my tix. Next I looked at the board for the next pickup timing and be in the queue. Traveling time was under 1-hr with smooth traffic. Your luggage (max 2, per pax, I think) can be stored below the coach bus. So easy, no lugging of luggages. Definitely recommended. Just choose a accommodation near namba OCAT for easy transfer after you arrive at OCAT. By the way, the bus has free WIFI. So good right.
