Departs from 2 different locations. Choose between Campbell’s Cove Pontoon (4 Circular Quay W, The Rocks NSW 2000) or King Street Wharf (The Promenade, Lime St, Sydney NSW 2000). Timings may vary slightly for harbour traffic conditions. Restaurants may be subject to change due to special events and booking notice.

Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 24 hours.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 24 hours before the date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of selection.

Our success rate in seeing whales is approximately 90-95%. As whales are wild animals we cannot guarantee that whales are sighted on all cruises although it is rare that whales are not sighted. Refunds are not given.
WEATHER DEPENDENT CANCELLATIONS
Oz Whale Watch operates within strict maritime safety guidelines and in extreme conditions Oz Whale Watching reserves the right to cancel a cruise in the interest of passenger and crew safety. In this unlikely event guests will be offered a return cruise FOC or a refund.
Windy and rainy conditions are not reasons for a cruise cancellation. If guests choose not to travel in inclement conditions they will forfeit the cost of the cruise.
PARTICIPATION
The person(s) making this booking are responsible for ensuring that all members of their group/party are informed and aware of these terms and conditions contained within this document.
Participants must be fit & well and know of no reason why they should not undertake the voyage . If in doubt please consult your doctor.
As this is an open water cruise, names of all passengers and their individual contact details are required for each passenger.

It is better to be safe than sorry, if you are unsure if you or any of your party will get motion sickness we recommend you consult a pharmacy or doctor for some readily available remedies. It can really make your day much more awesome than it already will be.
The boat will not wait for latecomers. If you miss the boat you will forfeit your tickets.
