- Due to the nature of this facility as a multi-use facility and to maintain water quality, prevent fires, and create a pleasant environment, bringing in and using food, boxes, mats, umbrellas, and other equipment is prohibited.

- However, beverages, baby food, special food (for patients), and peeled, seedless fruits (if stored in an airtight container) excluding bottled water products may be brought in.

- Depending on on-site circumstances, use of some facilities may be restricted or unavailable due to facility maintenance or inspection.

- For safety reasons, elderly people and children must be accompanied by a guardian. We are not responsible for accidents caused by negligence.

- If you lose your locker key, you must immediately report the loss to a staff member to prevent others from using it. A separate loss fee will be charged.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Male and female children aged 4 years or older (48 months) are not allowed to bathe together according to the Public Health Management Act.

- We are not responsible for theft or loss of valuables not stored in the safe deposit box.

- We do not offer refunds for unused facilities.
