• The use of helmet is mandatory in Buenos Aires, which is provided as well as a lock, bike lights (for overnight rentals) and a child seat if required (for children of up to 23kg/50lbs). All of these, free of charge.
• Passengers are asked to leave a valid physical ID (Passport, driver´s licence, etc) Not digital, not a copy as a deposit. Another option is to leave USD 200 per bike through Paypal as a guarantee. (Only in USD). It will be refunded by Paypal when the bike is returned safely.
• For 24 hs rental the bikes may not stay in the street at night, they must be kept in a safe place
