Wine Blending Experience

How hard can it be? Challenge your palate and develop your winemaking skills
with this interactive experience at Mandoon Estate.

Under the guidance of an expert host, you’ll dig a little deeper into the
world of winemaking; explore the unique characteristics of different Red wine
varieties and how they can work together to create harmony and balance; and
create the perfect Red Wine to suit your taste.

At the conclusion of your experience you’ll create your own unique winemakers
blend, complete with personalized label.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY : Bookings are essential and subject to
availability at time of booking. As alcohol is served all guests must be over
the age of 18 years. Please note that while bookings of 1 pax will be
considered, this experience will require a minimum of 2 pax to run. No
cancellation fees charged if more than 24 hours' notice is given, within 24
hours 100% of the experience price will be charged. Guests should call 48
hours prior to arrival to re-confirm their experience.
