- If you plan to bring a stroller, wheelchair, or luggage, please specify the quantity and size when booking. 

-Customized itineraries are limited to one area per day (e.g: Northeast or Southwest). 

-For pick-up/drop-off locations within 5 kilometers of Jeju Airport, choose 'Jeju City; otherwise, select 'Outside of Jeju City. 

-If the pick-up/drop-off location is 'Outside of Jeju City and travel direction is opposite (e.g hotel in east, destination in west), an additional KRW50,000 will be charged for the round island tour. 

-Please note that this chartered service is purely for tour service and is not intended for any shooting usage, including weddings or commercial purposes.

Reminders
Our customer service will contact you 2 to 3 days before the departure date to confirm your travel itinerary and pickup time.
This service is applicable in all weather conditions (except for extreme weather conditions recognized by the Korea Meteorological Administration).
In case of extreme weather conditions, the charter service may be canceled. The guide will contact you one day before the departure date.
For better communication, please make sure your mobile phone has international roaming enabled and provide contact information for relevant instant messaging apps (such as WhatsApp, Line, Viber, WeChat, etc.). (Customers using Line must ensure that their ID account has enabled public search functionality.)
The duration of the activity itinerary may change due to weather, traffic, political factors, travel dates, or other reasons.
If the original visiting of attractions is affected by severe weather, the driver-guide will arrange alternative attractions, but refunds will not be provided.
The duration of the charter service is 9 hours (including customer delay time). If there is overtime due to the customer's reasons on the day of the itinerary, an overtime fee of 30,000 KRW per hour will be charged (no charge within 30 minutes, calculated from 31 minutes).
If the travel date falls on a South Korean public holiday, it may affect the experience due to the large number of people. Please confirm in advance before booking.
In case of any emergency on the day of departure, please contact the contact information provided below.
Please wait in the hotel lobby 10-15 minutes before the agreed pickup time. If parking is not available at the hotel, you may need to go to the nearby meeting point or other designated locations for pick-up.
If the tour guide also needs to purchase entrance tickets to visit attractions, the guide will not enter the scenic area together and will wait at the agreed meeting point. We apologize for any inconvenience.
If you need to bring luggage for the activity, please check the vehicle capacity before booking. If the luggage exceeds the specified limit and requires a replacement vehicle, additional fees will apply.
Our travel itineraries do not include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities involve specific risks and hazards. Guests should assess their own health and abilities. The company does not accept responsibility for any physical harm or damage caused by accidents or unforeseen factors.
