Exceptional experience from a tour guide cum driver who pays attention to every details. Warren is a fantastic guy who makes everyone on the trip that he and Lisa treats us as long lost friend instead of "doing his job well". Extremely cheerful, proud of Victoria and Australia, knows the trip inside out. He engages us at all times and prepare us for the lookouts before every destination.He went beyond the call of duty, bring us to look for more koalas and kangaroos, pit stops are carefully plan and everyone thoroughly enjoy the trip. My family and I are extremely grateful for his guidance and took exceptional photos for our family.
