Highlights
Canarian paella is typical of this place but different from the Spanish one.
We will discover together the culture and flavors that have influenced it and made it different from the traditional one.
The recipe is unique and exclusive: inherited from the Torres family.
The experience will begin with the preparation of the ingredients, then their cooking to finish with the tasting of a plate of paella while sipping an excellent sangria, on the roof of a villa in Playa del Cura, south of Gran Canaria.
The ingredients used have been influenced by invasions over the centuries and by immigration from neighboring continents: this is why it is exclusive and unique.
The starry sky of the Canary archipelago is also famous throughout the world for its Starlight certification.
The vision and sharing of some constellations and planets will frame this experience.
Finally we will say goodbye with a surprise dessert...

HI! I'm Sina and my passion comes from enjoying good food and above all the atmosphere that they create around us while we prepare them… You cannot come to the Canarian territory without savoring a rich paella, sipping sangria. In this experience we will discover the differences between Spanish and Canarian paella. The typicality of the local ingredients, the cultural contamination of the invading peoples and the influence of the surrounding continents have made the Canarian paella unique, with an unforgettable flavour. Strong colors, smells and flavors distinguish this dish. Everything will take place under the starry sky of the archipelago in one of the places least contaminated by light and noise pollution: on the roof of a villa in Playa del Cura. All guests will initially be involved in preparing the ingredients for the paella and sangria (about 45 minutes). Then we will proceed with the cooking, the preparation of the table and the sangria (45 minutes). Finally, during the tasting (about 1 hour) we will be able to discover the night sky of Gran Canaria together: a famous destination for Starlight tourism. Give yourself an emotion! I'll wait for you, it will be an unforgettable dinner...
