Our family had a great time with this tour. Dedi, the driver was on time to pick us up and drove smoothly/safely to keep pick up point and subsequently drove us to the coffee plantation at Kintamani before bringing us back to our hotel in the late morning. Get we to try a variety of tea and coffee including their chocolates before purchase. We are also appreciative of the jeep driver, Kadek. She was patient to wait for us to be ready for jeep ride up to Mount Batur. Ride to & back from Mt. Bator were smooth. Sunrise was great. Kadek also helped us take many nice shots at morning for sunrise & at the Black lava area. This activity is definitely recommended and one of the must dos when visiting Bali.

We had an enjoyable time on this tour. Our friendly driver, Subrata, picked us up on time from Seminyak. Our jeep drivers are friendly as well and helped us took nice photos. The tour was great overall, there are refreshments provided along the way and the view from the mountain was great!

This was one of the best experience we had in Bali. The night before, our guide Agoes WhatsApp us to confirm the details of the tour and then he picked us up at our Ubud accommodation very early and on time! Agoes was very knowledgeable about Bali and Batur region and never fails to explain a lot to us with fluent English! Upon reaching the starting point, another guide also by the name of Agoes drove a jeep to bring us up to Mt Batur for the sunrise viewing! He secured a nice spot and took many great/lovely photos of us. Also brought us to the black lava area. Sunrise was stunning and jeep ride was fun! After the jeep, we met the original Agoes again to continue the tour to a waterfall and coffee plantation. Along the way, he showed and explained to us how a typical Balinese village looks like and really fed us with a lot of great info. This Agoes also takes great photos of us! Thumbs up to both Agoes for a job well done! Would recommend this tour to friends who will be visiting Bali :)

Loved this trip. Dedi our driver picked us up on time at our airbnb in ubud which took us about 1 hour, before we hoped into the jeep. Our jeep drive Ari, was so awesome! He handled the jeep very well and took such great pictures. He was even patient, when we took our time taking photos. We were even served breakfast while waiting for the sunrise Definitely an experience not to forget ❤️

Rava was our designated driver. He came to pick us up on time and brought us to our destination. He was very friendly and made the journey very comfortable. Will recommend him and the tour.

Kadek (Hotel Transfer Driver) Kadek was a reliable and friendly driver for our hotel transfers. He was on time and drove safely, making the journey comfortable. We appreciated his professionalism and helpful attitude. A solid choice for transportation in Bali. Dedik (Jeep Driver & Tour Guide) Dedik was a good jeep driver and guide during our Mount Batur tour. He handled the terrain well and shared some interesting information along the way. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and he made sure we had a good time. He even took amazing great pictures!
