Caprese Masterclass in Anacapri - Group Experience

Learn how to cook a traditional Caprese 3 course meal from a local chef using recipes passed down through the family for generations while meeting others in this small group cooking experience. The experience includes Chef demonstration and hands on participation with a side of good conversation and insight into the origins of the ingredients and dishes. With a focus on sustainability, guests can harvest the organic fruits and vegetable to cook with directly from the garden and will also enjoy a tasting session of our organic sott’olio vegetables, extra virgin olive oil and wine varieties.
