Highlights
We take an adventure up the lower Wekiva River with me pointing out and giving you my knowledge of Florida birds, turtles, otters, and other wildlife. Possibly even a manatee! This is a small group tour with a max of 7 people, so if you are not looking for a huge crowd of people this is the one for you! (there is a max weight limit of 250lbs for the single kayaks and 450lbs for the tandem)*Please note if you need a two person tandem*
Itinerary
St. Johns River
2 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeCome join me on the lower Wekiva River, where we will see Florida at its most natural. In this ecosystem we will see flora and possibly wildlife including birds, turtles, otters, deer, and maybe an alligator. This river is part of the St. Johns River which is the largest river in Florida so we do have a possibility of seeing the occasional manatee also. We take a 1 hour journey up stream pointing out all the exciting nature we see along the way and then return back to the launch location.
