While the standard charter is for 10 passengers, you have the option to upgrade and accommodate up to 20 passengers

Good to Know
All guests are to gather 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time, on the date of visit at the meeting point located next to 7-Eleven, right across from the Cold Storage Main Entrance on Level 2 of Sentosa Cove Arrival Plaza, 1 Cove Avenue Singapore 098537.
The embarking and disembarking are at Sentosa Cove, One15 Marina.
This activity is not a non-stop itinerary. The route is Marina – Lazarus Island (Exclude: Eagle Bay Beach) – Marina.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be sold for cash.
Booking cannot be cancelled, rescheduled or postponed unless an unanticipated circumstance arises, such as inclement weather.
Guests who are unable to utilise the tickets due to bad weather conditions, will be given one month from the date of visit to reschedule. No refunds or credits will be issued.
Yacht charters are rain or shine events. If you are out at sea and it's starting to rain, do head for shelter if needed, there is no return policy, and once the guests request the return trip, the charter is considered completed.
Smoking, Pets and Red Wine are not allowed.
For any damage incurred during the charter, a replacement fee will be required and payment made by the guest before the end of the charter.
Please be punctual on the date of the visit as this is a scheduled charter. The charter will proceed and conclude as scheduled, regardless of any late arrivals by guests.
No on-site calls will be made to verify your arrival time, and we will proceed based on the scheduled time. Consequently, latecomers or "No Show" guests will not be eligible for rescheduling or given refunds or credits.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 24 hours.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
No cancellations and refunds are allowed for this activity.
Advanced Booking
Please book at least 72 hours before your date of selection to guarantee your booking, or earlier as slots sell out fast.
Min/Max Pax Requirements
A minimum of 2 pax is required and the maximum is capped at 20 pax (capacity goes by per headcount).
Redemption Notes
Present the mobile or printed voucher to the staff for admission confirmation before starting the activity.
Ticket Validity
Upon booking confirmation, this ticket is valid on the date of selection only.
