Highlights

Ica is home to a large number of wineries that produce some of the best wines and pisco in the country. On this occasion, a transportation service will pick you up from Paracas in the morning to carry you to Caravedo traditional winery, where one of the best pisco in the country is distilled. Then visit the prestigious Tacama winery that produces excellent wines and pisco. The renowned winery Queirolo will be the last point of your visit. There you will take a tour around the vineyard and learn about the distillation zone. Besides, you'll enjoy a delicious lunch, followed by a tasting of wines and pisco. Finally, return to Paracas.

    Nestled in the Ica Valley of Peru, Hacienda La Caravedo established in 1684 is the oldest, continuously operating distillery in the Americas.

  • Tambo de Tacama

    Tacama is one of the oldest vineyards in America. Here you can find the century-old Huarango press with which the juice of the grapes was extracted to make wines, piscos and sparkling wines in the place. Tacama is also special for its architecture, since it preserves the old hacienda with all the typical features.

  • Hotel Viñas Queirolo

    The hotel Viñas Queirolo is located in the Ica valley, at the foot of the first buttresses of the Andes Mountain Range, surrounded by more than 500 hectares of vineyards where the vines used to make the Intipalka wines of the Santiago Queirolo Winery are grown.
