1) If your flight ticket includes 1 or more connecting flights and you are unable to arrive for any reason with the flight you indicated in your booking at Florence (FRL) Peretola Airport, the driver will wait up to 60 minutes from the landing of the flight indicated in the booking; after which at 65 minutes if he has not met you, the driver will be authorized to leave and the no-show will be considered as if the service had been completed.
2) In case you are unable to meet the driver because you have lost the connection and you are unable to meet the driver within the established deadline (65 minutes) only in that case, if you still want the transfer service you will have to make a new booking and pay for the transport service again through our booking system
