Good coach, however I did not manage to ski as I was too afraid but my daughter did an excellent job. She managed to ski with the coach guide
Instructions on how to ski could be better.
The guide explained a lot on what will happen on the trip. There were a lot of rentals and purchases offered, such as gloves, neck warmers and helmets which came up to a lot if you do get them. I thought the coach could be more attentive during the lesson as I felt a bit neglected when I was struggling at first. Our ski coach was trilingual, and he could speak English, Chinese and Cantonese. While a Whatsapp message was sent out the day before the trip, the location was rather vague and we identify the pick-up area ourselves. However, overall a fun trip and the bus was rather prompt.
