Tour Important Info

• This is a joined tour that includes both foreigners and local hosts who can communicate in basic English.
• Please observe the dress code at the Temple of Truth, avoiding sleeveless, see-through, or short pants.
• The tour operates as a group, but the visit to the Temple of Truth will be done individually.
  
• Refunds are not provided if you miss the departure time due to a delay.
• It is important to follow the instructions of the local facilitator to ensure the safe execution of all marine sports activities.
• Please be aware of your personal health limitations and engage in activities only within those limits.
• We recommend wearing your swimsuit in advance before starting the tour to avoid the changing room inconvenience
• It can be replaced by other beaches depending on weather conditions or sea conditions.
• Lunch will be served at Jetto Rice Noodles after visiting the Temple of Truth. The lunch location cannot be changed due to the group tour arrangement.
  

Child Policy

• Height restriction: water sports activities are only available for passengers over 120cm in height
• Children's ticket: passengers between 90 and 130 cm in height.
• Free Admission: Children under 90 cm in height

Water Activities

• The tour takes place at Tawaen Beach on Coral Island, but it may be changed depending on weather or sea conditions.
  
• Due to weather conditions and safety concerns, individuals who are under 16 years old or over 60 years old are advised to consider the potential risks of participating in watersports activities at the site. It is recommended that they use their judgment and choose to refrain from engaging in water activities. In such cases, a partial refund may be provided.
• Please be careful when using parasailing. (You must run together after wearing the equipment to reduce the risk of injury.)
• Parasailing is not available if there are surgical marks or scars on the leg.
• For Parasailing, you can only use it within 100kg of body weight, and sometimes you can't use it even if your weight is too light.
• When you ride a jet ski, for safety reasons, you must ride it with a guide.
• Participating in marine sports activities carries inherent risks, and accidents, property damage, and personal injuries can occur as a result of negligence or carelessness. In such cases, the individuals involved and the relevant authorities may not be held responsible for the consequences.
• Only children who are 120cm or taller are allowed to participate in marine sports activities.

Refund Policy

• This tour offers a discounted package price for marine sports promotion. 
• In the event of bad weather preventing participation in marine sports after the tour, a refund will be provided at the package price.  
• Additional marine sports that you applied for will be refunded at 100% of the normal price!
