Vehicles used:
• Sedan (suitable for 1 to 2 people): Toyota Camry 2.0 or equivalent
• Minivan (suitable for 3 to 5 people): Volkswagen T5 or equivalent
Baggage Allowance:
1 standard-size suitcase and 1 carry-on bag are allowed per person
Waiting Time:
1.5 hour after the flight touches down.
If you do not show up after 1.5 hours waiting time, the booking will be considered as “no-show.” There is no refund on this.

The ride was spacious and comfortable for our family of 5 (3 teenage kids)with 3 big luggages. The driver is friendly and helpful.
Transport operation staff was prompt and held our names up by the arrival gate and we managed to get on our ride within 10 minutes. Ride was very smooth as well.

The service and the vendor was great. Service as described, no problem in meeting the staff, both the staff and driver spoke English so it was convenient. 5 stars. The worst part was dealing with Pelago customer service which has ZERO sense of hospitality. They were terrible at communication and did not show empathy. I don’t recommend. Not worth the hassle.
