SHORT PASTA and TIRAMISU: Tuesday - Thursday - Saturday
Through this course we will introduce you to the world of homemade pasta. With us you will learn the ancient art of dough and the main traditional preparations, from spaghetti to short pasta. You will learn how to make timeless typical recipes.
We will teach you how to roll out the dough through the use of the hand sheeter for an exceptional pastry. We’ll also reveal the secrets to a perfect pasta dish with sauce.
We will close the course with an Italian classic made together, Tiramisù. Together we will make the creams and assemble the dessert from scratch.
What you will make with your own hands during the course, you can taste with the typical wines of the area around us, such as Bardolino Classico and Chiaretto.
Enter our house, breathe in the atmosphere of Italian cuisine and take it with you, once you return home, to impress your guests!
