If the restaurant is temporarily closed, fully booked, or inaccessible due to other factors on the day of the tour, an alternative lunch venue will be arranged

The venue may undergo repairs or closure based on conditions on the day of the event, with the final decision resting with the organizer. The company will not be held responsible for or provide compensation in such circumstances
If on the day of departure, the experience of picking freshly harvested Korean corn with no additives and super sweetness is temporarily unavailable or inaccessible due to unforeseen circumstances, alternative activities will be provided, such as digging no-additives potatoes or DIY buckwheat noodles
(CR-01) One-day tour participants have the option to depart with the (GP-02) Hongcheon Daemyung Water Park two-day tour by car. Guests are not eligible for compensation or refunds
Outdoor activities carry inherent risks and potential dangers. Guests must assess their suitability to participate based on their own health and abilities when considering any activities included in the tour or provided during the trip. In the event of an accident due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances resulting in physical damage or casualties, the company's employees and related personnel will provide full rescue assistance. However, the company and its members do not accept responsibility for any damages or casualties incurred
A fluent Chinese-speaking tour guide will accompany the group. If the meeting time of the itinerary reservation changes, you will be contacted through WhatsApp/WeChat/Line and other communication methods
Each guest who embarks on a one-day tour will receive a bottle of Korean premium deep-water
Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes before. To avoid delaying your subsequent itinerary, no refunds will be issued for latecomers or no-shows
