とても楽しかったです。7歳、10歳、12歳の子供と一緒に参加しましたが、怖がる事なく、とても満足していました。説明は英語なので子供達は不安もあったようですが、動画での説明、動画終了後もインストラクターの方が台を使ってジェスチャーの練習を丁寧に教えて下さり、不安なく調整する事が出来ました！

For participants over 180cm in height, weight should not exceed 140kg.
