Eligibility: Adults (12 years old and above), children (6 years old–11 years old), free admission for children who are not in school (under 6 years old)
Validity Period: Valid within 2 days or 3 days after the first use of the ticket (depending on the purchased ticket) after it is exchanged for a physical ticket, it will be invalid after the expiration date
Redemption Period: Please exchange the electronic voucher for a physical ticket within 90 days after the electronic voucher's been sent
Scope of Use: Tokai Bus (route bus) within the Izu Peninsula

Additional information
- Cancellation application to KKday can only be made before the "use date" selected at the time of booking (provided that it has not been redeemed for the physical ticket)
- If the ticket type is changed (if it has not been exchanged for the physical ticket), you can apply for cancellation and then re-buy a new ticket
- Please note that once the tickets are exchanged for physical tickets, refunds cannot be made
