Delivery was easy. I received it when I reached the hotel. And they texted me to check if it worked well.
Picked up my Sim card at the airport and installed it in Slot2 and followed the instructions given and it would not activate. As soon as I placed the Sim into Slot1 activation was instant. I would recommend Pelago to would be travelers as it was so much cheaper than was was being offered elsewhere in Bali.

This was perfect & was worried from the reviews but I think they did not follow the instructions. Once I bought I wrote to the number on WhatsApp, they gave me a link with instruction. I uploaded my items and then I arrived in Bali and meet the people with sim card. I put this in the phone I registered and it worked in minutes. Then I used it all over Bali no problem even across on Nusa Penida.
Delivery of the sim was great, had an issue with activation however once informed the customer service on the issue when I had wifi the issue was resolved in 5 Min
Definitely one of the cheapest. Get it from here. Airport was selling around 100-500k idr at least. If you’re planning to just use it mostly for Google maps and light google searching 7GB is more than enough for 1 week. (Assuming you’ve booked your tours/arrangements prior). Process is super simple and easy: 1) prior to arrival - send a WhatsApp of all the details required (passport etc), & inform thhem of your flight eta & flight number and date. 2) Collection was simple. Exited the arrival exit, after all the shops, with all the drivers holding up signs, head towards the end, (like an L shape) right just before the end of the exit / entry into the carpark - you’ll see a person holding a Klook orange sign. 3) you can’t do the setup there (and you can set it up yourself, but it’s nth actually). Simply put in the new SIM card in. Once you go onto WhatsApp. It should prompt you for some 18 digit and a 8/10 digit number located on the sticker. Key those in. Try to finish the registration, and it should work. If you can’t get it through. Just exit the registration. It should work actually.
