Please make a reservation after checking the availability of the reservation.
Children below 36 months can ride free of charge. A confirmation, Family Relationship Certificate, or ID is needed.
Pets can ride free of charge. However, they must not go over 8 kg and must be in their cage at all times. Please indicate in the Requests & Remarks section if you are bringing a pet.
Minimum of 4 people are required to book tour. If total number of travellers do not match the minimum requirement for this trip, the tour will be cancelled and you will receive a notification e-mail 1 day(s) prior to departure.
Please arrive at designated location 10 mins prior to departure, as tour will depart on time.
Please follow the safety guard's instructions when boarding.
Under the Marine Leisure Safety Act, life jackets are mandatory during tours.
The customer is responsible for preventing the loss of personal items on board the yacht.
Due to bad weather, this tour may be cancelled just before the departure time on the day of the reservation, and in this case, a full refund will be made without a cancellation fee.

Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 72 hours.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 72 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 72 hours before the date of selection.
