Let’s cooking travel with a Kimchi chef Minseon! Hello 안녕하세요! I am a Korean food consultant Korean cookbook writer, chef instructor of the OME cooking lab. I am an expert of kimchi and jang (Korean sauce) Master's degree: Korean traditional dietary lifestyle food. Doctor's degree: Department of Culinary Science and Food Service Management (2019~) My Korean cooking programs got the Seoul Tourism Grand Prize in 2021 and got an award from Korean Tourism Organization in 2016. I've traveled to over 30 countries and I taught many times in overseas. I learned that food is the best way to get to know a culture.
