For an embodied experience of the theory behind the practice students will have the opportunity to teach from the second week onwards. Yin Yoga waves all layers of our being -body, energy and mind- into a seamless whole, allowing a sublime experience of stillness and peace. The stillness of long held static stretches with relaxed muscles in Yin Yoga allows the space for awareness and the opportunity to reveal and release deep layers of tension held within your fascia. The healing wisdom of the Daoist philosophy and the Meridians provides insight and guidance. In this Yin Yoga teacher training you get an unique opportunity to learn to release physical and emotional tension, free stagnant or blocked energy, and to cultivate a peaceful quality of mind.

This 200-hour / one-month training is a foundational yoga teacher education with a focus on Yin Yoga Therapy. Yin Yoga Therapy in a nutshell is all about how to: ♦ maintain and expand flexibility and mobility, rejuvenate the body ♦ practice mindfulness in daily life, create peace in our mind ♦ heal through the Daoist wisdom of the meridian chi flow in our bodies, harmonise body, mind and soul Yin Yoga creates an opportunity to release physical and emotional tension, free stagnant or blocked energy and cultivate a peaceful quality of mind. We’ll put you on the path to acquiring the knowledge, the practical experience and confidence to earn the certificate and share this wisdom. Yin Yoga Therapy Teacher Trainings are held at an amazing nature spot! It’s really peaceful in the jungle but also not too far away so you can walk everywhere around town and to the beach. There is a beautiful jungle shala where we practice in the natural shade of the surrounding trees. It also features a hill top pool & lounge with the best spot in all of Morjim-Ashvem to watch how spectacularly the sun kisses the sea for sunset.
