We really enjoyed ourselves. The tour organisers and guide Ivan was easily contacted via WhatsApp. They were very prompt and helpful whenever we have had any questions. Tour was informative

Thao was our guide for the day. Given her accent, her English is slightly more difficult to comprehend. The small group tour (group of 12) was useful for solo traveler. Thao advised the route to maximize our exploration time based on the weather situation. Most of the time, you have your free time to explore the area with time limit. The tour did feel rushed as the area was huge and the weather was not in our favor. The lunch buffet was excellent and value for money considering the quality and food options. I could not experience Ba Na Hill at its best, given the fog that made visibility very poor on that day. It is advisable to plan for the visit in the right season.
