The entry to the lounge went smoothly. With regards to the lounge it was comfortable, staff were pleasant but the food and beverage was a little ordinary and limited.

Song Hong Business Lounge - at Noi Bai International Terminal (daily): From 6:30AM to 2:00AM of the next day.
Song Hong Premium Lounge - at Domestic Terminal (daily): From 4:30AM to 11:00PM.
Good To Know
Please choose the correct package based on the terminal you will be departing (International Terminal or Domestic Terminal). False booking may lead to a non-refundable purchase.
Duration of lounge use per ticket: 3 hours consecutively
Free for 2 children under 5 years old if accompanied by a paying customer.
In case there is no request from the partner, the customer will pay the added service charges at the front desk according to the published price list for retail customers in the waiting room.
Additional Service Time:
From 1 - 3 hours counted from the end of service time: 50% surcharge per customer.
From 3 - 6 hours counted from the end of service time: 100% surcharge per customer.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 24 hours.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 24 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of selection.
Advanced Booking
