inspiraHike is a one-of-a-kind mindful experience that takes participants on an outdoor sunset hike. Through the use of wireless headphones, we have perfectly choreographed music and guided inspiration to match the mood and pace of the journey. It is a completely live event hosted by a hike leader and usually features 5-20 participants. We ask everyone to stay silent for 75 minutes which creates a truly peaceful, calming, and transformational experience where you can spend time with your own personal thoughts, but feel a part of something bigger as you do it with a group. The trail is rated beginner to intermediate so a basic level of physical activity is needed. This truly unique experience is great for tourists and locals a like who are looking for a mindful adventure in nature that is peaceful, relaxing, and helps their overall wellbeing.
