This is such a big museum that you should visit if you love art. There are many art pieces and sections for you to see. It is peaceful and nice to spend 2-3 hours here.
The visit to the National Gallery has definitely been a highlight. The building itself is incredible and it was great to get to know some of the Singaporian artist through the exhibitions.
I had seen this building on tv program about engineering the new atrium. The art was also amazing. So much to see. Loved it
The ticket was around $12.6 after discount from Pelago I have spent there almost 6 hours of various high quality expositions. It's great place to visit there was as well exposition for children which I would visit if I was there with children. Highly recommended for all art lovers!
The gallery was fantastic - I spent about 4 hours exploring but could easily have stayed longer. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The Liu kuo-sung exhibit was a real highlight and Tropicalia was a worthwhile addition. Don’t miss the rooftop gardens too, you’ll get a great view of the city.
Wonderful buildings , so much history , great art , wonderful guide called Kelly - extremely knowledgable - recommend the building tour which is free but you have to book at reception, roof top section brillant views over Singapore
