Please note that this is not the final ticket. You will be sent your ticket to access the castle via email or WhatsApp
To access the Chapultepec Castle Museum: you must go to the Customer Service module, which is located next to the museum ticket office
Show your ticket to the police, military or security guards who are at the access doors. From that moment, they will indicate how to get to the main entrance of the museum, where they will scan your ticket and you will have full access to the museum
