As this is a carpooling service, the itinerary cannot be adjusted to fit certain travelers' needs. The time spent at each location will also match the itinerary. Please cooperate with the arrangements of the driver or tour guide. If you prefer a more flexible itinerary, or if you would like to extend the time spent at some of the scenic spots, we recommend that you order our other "Chartered Car Service" products
For this product, travelers are required to get to the meeting point by themselves. Please arrive at the meeting point on time
Infants and toddlers ages 0–35 months can join this tour for free. However, no separate seat will be provided for them. (Please provide proof of age)
The vehicle will be assigned according to the number of passengers on the day of the tour. (For example, the maximum number of passengers on a 7–9 seater is 8 people. The maximum number of passengers on an 11-seater is 10 people, including the passenger seat. The maximum number of passengers on a bus is 44 people. If you need to bring baby strollers, please indicate it in the Requests & Remarks section when booking and contact KKday customer service to confirm (KKday customer service will provide a separate notice for you). If the customer fills in the wrong information when booking, you will be charged additional fees by the tour guide or driver
If the guest arrives late or does not show up on the day of the tour due to personal reasons, it will be regarded as a no-show. No refunds or rescheduling will be allowed
If the customer leaves the tour halfway due to personal reasons, they will have to bear any consequences or additional expenses by themselves. The supplier will not be responsible for it and will not refund the tour fees
Please follow the precautions of the scenic spot, and do not trespass into non-open areas without permission
If Udo is unable to sail due to weather conditions, it will be changed to Seongsan Sunchulbong Peak + Aquarium attraction (own expense).
