The guides, Sky and Smilie, were exceptional They were knowledgeable and passionate about the sanctuary and the elephants. The handlers were gentle with the elephants and did a great job to improve our experience and get up close with the elephants.
Pickup was on time & very courteous. Great experience with Elephants so up close. Highly recommended for families with young kids.
Awesome experience! The tour comes with to and fro transportation so it makes it really convenient. I love that there is a guide explaining some of the stories of the elephants that are rescued and also understand a bit of the day to day life (feeding, showering, etc.) of the elephants!
It was an awesome experience, to get close to elephants and get to know about them, guide Annie, Shaw and team explained everything so well, mud bath pool bath and shower were interesting
It was wonderful and insightful. Smiley is a great host and funny, and Mr. T was also very friendly and welcoming. I encourage any visitors to ask questions about the history of the elephants because a lot of time and effort is put into maintaining a happy and healthy life for them.
It was just perfect! We had a very warm welcome by the team. My 3 year old toddler was amazed. Definitely recommend
