  • Please note that the transfer service is one-way. If you wish to have round-trip transfer, please place 2 bookings separately
  • Please provide your flight information when booking
  • Local agency and your driver will contact you via the contact information you provide when booking. Please provide accurate and complete information (messaging app ID) in the "Note" section when booking
  • If you wish to stay longer at the airport, please notify us of your preferred pick-up time (e.g., 90 mins after landing) in the "Note" section when booking. Failure to do so will incur a surcharge of exceeding the grace period of 1 hour
Reminders
Please contact KKday customer service if you receive any flight changes. We will rearrange the pick-up time to avoid a surcharge
For airport drop-off transfer, if a preferred pick-up time is not provided, the driver will wait at your hotel 4 hours prior to your flight take-off time for at most 30 mins
