However, it doesn't stop there and we use AI technology to deepen our understanding of Makgeolli which we were not able to understand in depth due to lack of scientific advancement in the industry. 1. Enjoy self-guided tour We have created materials you can read about for your learning. From brewing to tasting, you will be able to learn fun facts about Makgeolli. 2. Tasting On the 2nd floor, you will be served 2 versions of makgeolli once you present your ticket. Of course tasting notes are ready for your curiosity.
